Please check this Adobe Flash Minimum Requirement page in order for our scripts to work. For example, if you don’t have at least 128mb RAM and 128mb graphics memory on your video card of a windows based system, the scrolling text will not stay in sync as it should. This feature is being discontinued.

TIP: With lights at the top of your stage on the outside of the curtain, it becomes very difficult to see puppeteers behind the curtain, while the puppeteers can see out.

Just about all computers come with a GREEN speaker output jack, a RED microphone input jack and a BLUE auxiliary input jack. Attach your speakers to the GREEN jack.

You can probably pickup up a small monitor that’s perfect for this at a yard sale really cheaply. Your local electronic store has monitor cable extensions to run the computer from behind the puppeteers so the operator is not in the way.

We mounted our monitor on a long wooden 2” X 2” which you can get from a local lumber supply store. By fastening a couple of old fashioned hook locks, it holds the monitor over our heads quite safely.

It’s important to remember if you are using our system, you’ll need to name your puppets individual names which are the same as the names we are using. It’s not necessary to make them look just like our puppets. You can see a complete page of all our puppets with their names by clicking here.

TROUBLSHOOTING: If scripts don’t keep time with the audio, try using a committed free program from Eolsoft called ‘flash movie player’. It works in Windows XP and will allow you to click ahead manually to keep things in sync.

If you still have trouble, scroll manually using directions from our home page.
